I have apllied to several jobs here online and yet no calls.. Is it really best to go that route, or stick to the old fashioned paper app. what do you think?

do both, that way if the online way doesnt work you still have back up with the old fashioned way

3 of the last 4 jobs I’ve had were ones I applied for online. In my current job I just finished the interviewing and hiring process where all of the applicants applied online. The successful candidate applied online from Kirkuk Iraq.
